Booking Policy

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit and a written confirmation email from Planet Asia Expeditions.

  • Clients must provide accurate passport/ID details at the time of booking for the processing of forest permits and restricted area entries.

2. Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure your dates and permits.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before the tour start date.

  • For last-minute bookings (within 30 days of departure), full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

  • More than 60 days before start: Full refund minus a service fee and non-refundable permit costs.

  • 30 to 60 days before start: 50% of the total tour cost is refundable.

  • Less than 30 days before start: No refund will be provided.

  • Note: Payments for domestic flights, train tickets, or special ship permits are subject to the specific refund policies of those providers.
